As a result of planned roadworks on the M25 motorway in both directions, there may be disruptions to your journey. The area affected is Junction 10 (Wisely) to Junction 11 (Woking).
The impacted services are:
025, 200, 201, 205, 210, and 230 operated by National Express, and OXFLGW operated by Oxford Bus Company.
This closure will take place between Friday 7 March to Monday 10 March.
If you have any onward journey connections from your arrival destination (such as a flight) you may wish to amend your journey to an earlier service. Please click here to complete our online webform and our team shall amend your journey and re-issue your ticket within 48 hours.
Our drivers will follow planned diversions to minimise any disruption, however please be prepared for some delays on your journey.

As long as you have a Standard or Fully Flexible ticket, you can select a new travel date or time for your existing ticket in seconds when you log into My Account. (Tip: if you’re not sure about your ticket type, you can find it on your e-Ticket).
