In addition to the on-board features we work closely with Transport for West Midlands (TfWM) to ensure bus stops are improved where possible. We aim for a regular set of drivers on these services who are specially trained to drive platinum vehicles and fully understand the route and features of these buses. Platinum buses score 98% for overall customer satisfaction.
