Newton Street, Birmingham City Centre closure

On Monday 9th March 2026, from 8pm until 5am, Newton Street will be closed between Dale End and Corporation Street for highway works. During this time, services 33, 51, 64, 65, 67, 68, 907, 936, 937, 997, 998, X51 & X64 will be diverted.

Heading towards Birmingham
Buses will continue along James Watt Queensway, pass the junction with Dale End, continue James Watt Queensway, continue Park Street, continue Masshouse Lane, continue Priory Queensway, Old Square, and terminate on Priory Queensway.

Heading from Birmingham
Buses will follow the normal line of route.
